Any person operating a motorcycle must have in their possession a valid motorcycle
operator’s license.

All motorcycles must be properly registered and insured.

The only insurance coverage a tour participant has is coverage they provide.  Please
review your policy to make sure you are adequately insured.

All motorcycles must be serviced just prior to departure and ready for a trip of 2000 to
5000 miles to alleviate the possibility of a breakdown on the road.

All riders must wear DOT approved helmets and wear eye protection where required
by State law.

Tour participants will be responsible for their own tow insurance.

In the event of a breakdown, we will assist in getting the bike to a repair facility by
telephoning for a tow vehicle and waiting until it’s arrival.  We will see that the riders
are safely taken to a motel as close to the repair shop as possible.  

Riders should be comfortable riding on public roads at posted speed limits.

Riders should be comfortable riding with a group.

Riders should have sufficient skill and experience to ride safely in a variety of weather
conditions and on a variety of roads.

Motorcycles with illegal exhausts (straight pipes) will not be allowed on tours.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel is acting in an unsafe manner
or is a danger or menace to our group.  Should we be forced to remove someone from
the tour, no refunds will be made.

Each vacation tour will be accompanied by a minimum of two hosts.

On vacation tours, all activities and rides will go on as planned.  There will be no
refunds due to inclement weather.  Be prepared with rain gear and apparel for
warmer and cooler temperatures.

A $500 deposit is necessary to reserve a spot on a vacation tour.  Deposits are not
refundable, however, they are transferable.  If we can sell the spot you reserved, we
will refund your deposit less a $100 service fee if cancelled 90 or more days prior to
tour departure..

All vacation tours must be paid in full 60 days prior to start date.  No refunds will be
made after that time.

We strongly suggest you obtain travel insurance to protect your investment should
you be unable to attend your vacation tour.

Tours must book to a minimum of 4 riders with or without passenger.  All deposits will
be fully refundable should a tour not book to the minimum.

All participants are responsible to have their bikes loaded and ready to depart ON
SCHEDULE each day.

All motorcycles must have a full gas tank the evening prior to each day’s departure.

Tour fees include hotel accommodations and admission to private roads, parks,
museums and scheduled activities.  Fuel and food expenses are participant’s
responsibility.

We will eat at restaurants twice per day (breakfast and supper).  Snacks may be
purchased at gas stops if desired.  You may want to pack your favorite snacks, energy
bars, etc. prior to tour departure as well as restock at local grocery stores enroute.

Two Lane Tours guides have final say in any discussion regarding tour itinerary,
accommodations, routes, group placement, etc.

Each participant must sign a release of liability acknowledging his/her understanding
and agreement with Two Lane Tours tour terms and conditions.
